Robert Falcone

Physician Executive

 

Dr. Falcone is a long standing healthcare executive with a combination of skills and experience gained through more than 25 years in Fortune 100 companies, while providing and directing delivery of health care in on-site company medical clinics. He has worked his entire career in the pharmaceutical industry where he focused on maintaining the health and safety of employees.

He has a long history of providing visionary leadership and expertise in crafting and driving implementation of health care strategies, including determining the clinical value and quality of health care programs. He was a member of the senior leadership committee, comprised of CEO and other company officers, tasked with developing innovative employer health care strategies.

He has also volunteered his time and expertise on non-profit boards of various healthcare organizations.  Previously, he was on the Board of Trustees of Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, NJ, where he chaired the Quality, Patient Safety, & Performance Improvement Committee and was a member of the Strategic Planning Committee.  Presently, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Francis E. Parker Memorial Home (nursing home & assisted living facilities) where he is a member of the Quality Committee and is Vice-Chairperson of the People Committee.
