Frank Rutkowski, MPH

Frank is a healthcare executive with more than 20+ years’ experience in business development, account management, and training within the health care environment; working with diverse audiences, particularly with employers, health systems/hospitals, health plans, member groups, and partner groups through engagement with c-suite, consultants and brokers.   

 

He is adept at building mutually beneficial, collaborative relationships to advance business and organizational goals, focused on creative problem solving and exceptional service.

 

As Regional Business Director for The StayWell Company, Frank was responsible for providing best in class health solutions to improve individual and organizational health outcomes, manage the health of targeted populations, and create brand engagement for employers and health care organizations. Key provider clients Frank worked with include NYU Langone, Montefiore Hospital, Northwell Health, Middlesex Hospital, SUNY Upstate, Emerson Hospital and HealthQuest.

 

Prior to StayWell, Frank served 14 years as Senior Regional Manager-Eastern US at Mayo Clinic. His role included collaborating, marketing and obtaining new business through consultation and the promotion of Mayo Clinic's suite of population and consumer health management solutions. Within his 19 state region, he targeted Fortune 500, private 250, large employers, health systems/provider groups, health plans and insurers, and other related industry organizations.   Some of his distinguished clients included 7-Eleven, AllState, AutoZone, CSX Transportation, Genworth Financial, NASA, ExxonMobil, Morgan Stanley, Pfizer, UPS, Walt-Disney and Wal-Mart. 

 

Previous work includes Regional Director of Cancer Control for the American Cancer Society where he managed a team of cancer education program managers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.  In addition, Frank held the position of Director of Health and Disability Management programs for UNUM Corporation.  There he oversaw the development and implementation of disability management “return to work” and “stay at work” interventions, a comprehensive wellness program and managed several internal human resources projects for 1,000+ South Carolina based employees.

 

Frank earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Service Administration from Florida Atlantic University.   In addition, he holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina. Frank is a member of, HiMSS, American College of Healthcare Executives and Rotary International.  He volunteers for Meals on Wheels, Harvest Hope Food Bank and Keep America Beautiful Litter Campaign.
