Program Satisfaction Survery

Process evaluation is an important component of a health improvement program. Process evaluation includes such variables as program satisfaction, participation, and related logistics to the program or related event. If process evaluation is not completed the program director does not typically know how the program is being received by participants. Process evaluation results provide input into how to make the program or event better by getting information related to what participants liked what they did not, and why non-participants chose to not become engaged.
